Glenn Hermes

Glenn Hermes is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Curatio Solutions, LLC. Curatio Solutions is the foremost healthcare management company specializing in wound care, hyperbaric medicine and endovascular services. Glenn’s reverie is to stop amputations and he strongly believes through this concentrated multidisciplinary approach he will achieve this vision.
Glenn has been in the wound care and hyperbaric medicine arena since 1978. He has worked with many of the pioneers in the current day wound care and hyperbaric medicine field. Glenn is a veteran of the United States Air Force; during his military career he held numerous leadership positions. One of which was notably the Air Forces’ course supervisor for Hyperbaric Medicine program; responsible for training all military and civilian personnel in hyperbaric medicine. During this stage of his career, Glenn revamped the Hyperbaric Medicine curriculum to include real-world clinical scenarios, demonstrating an invaluable source of knowledge within this medical specialty.
After a lengthy Air Force career, Glenn transitioned into the private healthcare system sector as a quality management consultant, becoming a director of quality management. Glenn’s quick rise through the ranks was in his proven record of success, becoming an integral part of the executive team. Glenn had responsibility for directing several departments to include wound care and hyperbaric medicine, quality management, respiratory services, central support services and the sleep lab. Glenn had the privilege of being trained by Quint Studer; while using his own personal experiences in combination with the prescriptive tools he learned, Glenn’s leadership assisted in his hospital achieving the 99th percentile in patient satisfaction from Press Gainey.
Glenn’s greatest strength is his ability to focus on the big picture while managing expectations; with most important emphasis on patients. Glenn has positioned a strong team to execute on 2016 goals and committed an unwavering focus on culture, while setting its sights on the trajectory needed to become a world-class company.
Glenn and his wife are ex-officio chairs of Fort Worth’s chapter of Retrouvaille an international marriage ministry. Glenn and his wife have presented all over the country and are often sought to be presenters in this ministry.
Glenn holds a bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University. Glenn is a member of the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine Society (UHMS) and a Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT). He lives in Arlington Texas with his wife and Bella the smallest Chihuahua you have ever seen. In his free time he and his wife like to spoil the grand kids.
